The firm also has two wholly-owned subsidiary registered investment advisors through which it offers a variety of advisory services and technology to support the offerings of unaffiliated investment advisors.

     

    The FolioFirst Client Service Representative (FF CSR) role is structured around the service of a single client segment.  These clients represent a new relationship for Foliofn, Inc. due to a recent acquisition of another online brokerage platform. As FF CSR you will be responsible for handling all client inquiries, such as, education about Folio, features of the new platform, fee structures and day to day service needs.

    Responsibilities

        Provide value added service and support to Folio’s newest client segment

    Creatively and conveniently solve member problems in an expedient manner

    Perform account and service functions accurately and efficiently

    Handle requests by clients for Folio’s investment products and services

    Provide direction to new customers by being responsive to customer needs, inquiries and requests

    Excel in explaining complex information in ways that are easy to understand

    Drive customer experience to high levels of satisfaction by adhering to the customer first principles

    Contribute to departmental and corporate goals

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

    Minimum of 2 years client service experience, preferably in financial services, retail brokerage or at an investment advisory firm 

    Proven experience with fundamentals of providing service excellence, including skills to build rapport, determine client needs, and ability to educate clients/prospects on Folio’s products and services

    Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills

    Robust problem solving skills

    Excellent relationship management and communication skills in both verbal and written formats

    Strong technical skills including word processing, spreadsheet capabilities and the ability to support our clients as they utilize our web-based products

    Team player with demonstrated initiative/leadership through participation in job related groups or committees

    FINRA Series 7 License – will consider sponsoring for qualified candidates
