  • Overview

    We’re looking for a social media and digital brand manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our customer base, drive brand awareness, and create active fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media, as well as community engagement, enjoy being an innovator, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.


    • Build and manage the company’s social media presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, and any other worthwhile additional channels (Snapchat, Instagram, Vine, etc.).
    • Create and track social/viral/brand campaigns to increase awareness, attract prospects and convert them to customers.
    • Lead, create and run regular social and digital promotions and campaigns and track their success.
    • Review our web presence for optimization opportunities, and monitor third-party sites and take actions to enhance reputation and community-building.
    • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us – and determine what to do next.
    • Work alongside others in marketing to engage in social media activities that generate customers, including actions that educate and entertain our audience.
    • Explore new ways to engage any new social networks to reach our target buyers.
    • Manage influencer marketing tactics to include blog syndication, social media chats, etc.
    • Lead the creation of compelling social media messages, and the design and selection of graphics and other mechanisms and measure engagement across platforms to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads.


    • Deep experience in social and digital marketing with the ability to create, implement, and lead others, as needed.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Excellent writer, communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
    • A proficiency in HubSpot’s Social Inbox would be helpful.
    • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging.
    • Experience in financial services is preferred.
