Overview

 

First Affirmative is seeking a Salesforce Service Specialist to assist in managing operational processes, inquiries, and requested actions by Financial Advisors and First Affirmative staff. Responsibilities include cross queue & department casework as well as data management, and integration of designated workflows between Salesforce and other mission supporting software and processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage case assignment and workflow processing for the Operations teams, primarily the Service Team
  • Assign and set-up incoming email to case system workflow, to include new work assignment and follow-up on existing and overdue Operations teams’ cases
  • Maintain workflows for all types of operations case types to include Cashiering, Billing, Reporting, Compliance, Trading, and the Investment team
  • Monitor custodian alerts daily, and create/assign cases as needed
  • Maintain familiarity with all aspects of the company in order to direct cases to the correct parties
  • Assist the Service Team and others to create new time-saving and efficient solutions to internal processing issues
  • Create and adjust data field elements as needed
  • Set up new advisors on the platform, and adjust existing profiles as changes in advisor demographics information changes
  • Create and maintain Salesforce training resources; deliver training as internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new advisors and employees to firm

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferred
  • One to three years or more of related work experience, preferably in financial services, investment management field
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce preferred)
