The FolioFirst Client Service Representative (FF CSR) role is structured around the service of a single client segment. These clients represent a new relationship for Folio due to a recent acquisition of another online brokerage platform. As FF CSR you will be responsible for handling all client inquiries, such as, education about Folio, features of the new platform, fee structures and day to day service needs.
You are expected to successfully pass the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing exams within 120 days of employment. At that stage you will be trained to support the Retail and Institutional client segments.
