Under the direction of the Chief Retail Officer, the Director of Enterprise Relationship Management is responsible for relationship management, planning and development of B2B2C enterprise clients. This job requires a broad knowledge of Folio Investing’s business operations, technology and consumer facing products, to effectively leverage its product/service offerings, satisfy client needs/issues, identify opportunities and maximize financial results. This role also requires proficiency in relationship management, financial acumen, influence skills, presentation skills and must be able to communicate and influence internal partners. This position works closely with Folio’s project management, client service, and technology teams along with other members of the retail business unit.
This position also collaborates with the enterprise sales team on various client issues and potential revenue opportunities. The role solves problems, leads and influences enterprise wide client needs with the retail product and marketing teams, project management, technology, operations, client service and invoicing.
